Inis Meáin (Inishmaan)
The middle of the three Aran Islands
This island is the middle of the the three Aran Islands and measures just 5km by 3km. The beauty of this island lies in fact that it is the least developed of all three islands resulting in visitors gaining a glimpse into the culture and heritage of the Islands in a natural setting.
Visitors will move among the close knit community of native Irish speakers at a pace that is noticably more relaxed. The natural beauty of this island is equally as stunning as its sister islands with its mix of beaches, cliffs and limestone landscape with its unique flora and fauna making the ideal 'get away from it all' destination.
